- Returns Policy
1.1 We accept returns and exchanges. Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
1.2 To exercise your right to return, please contact us at rueckgabe@ieb-shop.com and inform us of your decision.
1.3 The return of the goods is at the customer's expense and risk. Please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.
- Refund Policy
2.1 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
2.2 Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
2.3 Any shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Exchange Policy
3.1 Items can be exchanged for an equivalent item if available.
3.2 If an item is not available, a refund will be offered according to section 2 of this policy.
- Damaged or Faulty Items
4.1 If the received items are damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@ieb-shop.com with photos of the damaged or faulty items. The photos should not be older than 24h starting from the time of receiving the package.
4.2 We will provide a solution to the problem, including replacement or refund.
